
Refund and Return Policy for PLAYTOPIS

At PLAYTOPIS, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please read our Refund and Return Policy below for more information on how to return items or request a refund.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain products such as custom-made shoes, gift cards, or items marked as “final sale” may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description for any such restrictions before purchasing.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team at info@playtopis.xyz with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.
Pack Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, along with all accessories, tags, and any promotional items included in your order. Ensure the product is in unused, new condition.
Ship the Item Back: Send the item back to us at the address provided in the return instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Return Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for us to review the return and issue your refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Partial Refunds: If your return does not meet the eligibility requirements or the item is damaged, a partial refund may be issued, or no refund will be given.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return procedure outlined above and place a new order for the desired product. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@playtopis.xyz with a description of the issue and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time, please:
- Check your bank or credit card statement to confirm the refund has been processed.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as there may be additional processing time before your refund is reflected.
